Welcome to Fancy Face Aesthetics and Wellness! Our goal is to provide high end services from massage, facials, makeup and hair styling applications as well as and other body treatments. Mrs. Charlotte Wilson is the treatment provider that you will be receiving services from. Richard Hanel is the overseeing ARNP at Focused Men's Health in which we are located. Mrs. Wilson has been a Licensed Massage Therapist (MA72347) since 2013 as well as a NCBTMB Instructor and has taught Hydrotherapy CEUs in and out of the country for fellow Massage Therapists. Charlotte graduated Esthetician school at Jacksonville Electrology Laser and Skincare Academy in Jacksonville, FL in 2023 and is ready to pursue skincare by offering a wide range of aesthetic services as well as professional makeup and hair styling for weddings (on location per request) events and photography! Charlotte has been a makeup artist and hair stylist for nearly 5 years and traveled the US on tour working on sets in 2018-2020 in 38 different states. You can find her work published in several "Pinup" and car magazines. Charlotte has a mission of helping those she meets in any facet she is able to and enjoys learning many new techniques to help grow her multiple skill sets and interests. We are located inside of Focused Men’s Health in historic Saint Augustine, Florida. All clients/patients must fill out patient paper work for Focused Men's Health as Fancy Face Aesthetics works with Richard Hanel, ARNP.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We charge a 50% cancelation fee for any no-shows or cancelations within 48 hours of the schedule appointment. Client must pay the fee the day of the original appointment. Thank you for understanding and supporting my small business, where every appointment counts! If you are running more than 5mins past scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be shortened and still charged at the full rate. I take clients back to back with a small scheduled break in between services to clean and prepare for the next service. I truly appreciate all of my clients and want to give you the best treatment possible, if you are more than 15mins late we will have to reschedule appointment and you are still reliable for the 50% charge due for the appointment missed.
