Welcome to Fancy Face Aesthetics and Wellness located inside of Focused Men's Health Clinic! Our mission is to provide luxurious, high-quality services including massage, facials and skincare. Your treatments will be provided by Charlotte Hartley inside of Focused Men’s Health. Charlotte is a Licensed Massage Therapist (MA72347) since 2013 and a certified NCBTMB instructor, with experience teaching hydrotherapy CEUs both domestically and internationally. She graduated from Jacksonville Electrology, Laser & Skincare Academy in 2023, expanding her expertise in aesthetic treatments and professional makeup artistry. Charlotte is passionate about helping others and continuously learning new techniques to enhance her skills. All clients are required to complete paperwork prior to service providing a picture state issued I.D card. We look forward to helping you look and feel your best! CANCELLATION POLICY
We charge a 50% cancelation fee for any no-shows or cancelations within 48 hours of the schedule appointment. Client must pay the fee the day of the original appointment. Thank you for understanding and supporting my small business, where every appointment counts! If you are running more than 5mins past scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be shortened and still charged at the full rate. I take clients back to back with a small scheduled break in between services to clean and prepare for the next service. I truly appreciate all of my clients and want to give you the best treatment possible, if you are more than 15mins late we will have to reschedule appointment and you are still reliable for the 50% charge due for the appointment missed.
